L.E.O. has been offering home improvement loans for the past few years. This type of loan is in addition to any other loans you may have with us, and can be for up to 60 months, and at our current rate.

Recently, the L.E.O. Board approved raising the limit on these loans from $5000 to $7500! This means qualified borrowers can get up to $7500 for a home improvement loan... and with NO LIEN PLACED against your property!

  Obtain loan packet information from your L.E.O. Office. This loan packet contains your actual loan application, an improvement loan statement and insurance options - some of these forms can be viewed/printed from this site.

COMPLETE LOAN AND APPLICABLE INSURANCE OPTION FORMS

  VIEW/Type in on-line and PRINT an IMPROVEMENT LOAN STATEMENT - this additional form must accompany a home improvement loan in order for it to be processed.
  OPTIONAL CREDIT INSURANCE - Credit life or credit accident and health insurance is protection for both the buyer and seller --

RETURN YOUR COMPLETED LOAN PAPERWORK
  Return your completed loan application and insurance options, attaching any other necessary paperwork (pay stubs, etc.), per our loan application instructions and make sure all paperwork is signed properly.

Your loan packet information can be returned to the Wickliffe or Painesville L.E.O. office, either in person, by fax, or through inter-office mail

YOUR LOAN APPROVAL
You will be advised (usually with 24 hours) if your loan is approved or referred to the credit committee, which meets every Tuesday afternoon.
