Membership Application


You are on your way to enjoying the great benefits of L.E.O. Credit Union. But first, please take the time to fill out our membership application/signature card below.  For your convenience, we have provided the application for you online.  The application must be printed out, signed and mailed back to L.E.O. Credit Union for approval.  Please return application with at least $26.00(One time membership fee of $1.00 and $25.00 (initial deposit.)
